digital output level

hi verybody Smiley Happy

For the moment the digital output level of my module (NI 5731) are 3.3V but can I change it (see picture attached) ?

does anyone know how it works ?

The logic levels for the DIO exposed by the 5731 FAM are listed in its specification sheet.

The image that you posted is from the spec sheet of the FPGA module. The specific section that you posted is stating that a FAM can be designed to work with any of those logic levels.  Whether or not is does is left up to the manufacturer of the FAM. In the case of the 5731 only the 3.3V LVCMOS standard is supported by the DIO.

If you need to change the voltage level of the digital logic, you should look into a buffer chip that will allow different voltages.  I use one to convert from 3.3V out of my FPGA to 5V for my UUT.  Do watch your timing requirements though.
