Why do you need to do that to a transistor?  It sounds like you are trying to do some sort of active feedback control.

 

At what frequency?  Your code is set for 1 kHz.  I don't think you'll be able to do all that processing 1 sample at a time in less than a millsecond on a Windows base system.

yes this is feedback control

the transistor belongs in a dc dc converter

any suggestions?

To get the data rates you want, you will need to either go with an RT system or FPGA (FPGA would be the more likely choice here).  It does require the RT or FPGA LabVIEW module to go this route and the equipment can get on the expensive side.  But based on your current requirements, that is what you will need to do.
