create replica of Simulink Model in LabVIEW

There is a driver for a device which has been developed using c code. This driver is open source and is used to control a prototype hasomed device.

The developer supplied me with a Simulink model which has the c code used in an S-function. Basically what I am trying to acheive is replicating the Simulink model as a LabVIEW model. I have no idea how to use Simulink so Im not sure which c code I am meant to use, and how to use it when trying to implement it in LabVIEW.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi raps20, 

What version of LabVIEW are you using? Do you happen to be using VeriStand as well?

What is your goal or intended application with this driver/device? Are you ultimately trying to use recreate the model in LabVIEW so you can use the functionality with other LabVIEW applications? If you are using VeriStand, is there a reason why you prefer a LabVIEW model?

Is it possible that the developer has a version for LabVIEW?
