copy environment

Hello everyone,

I would like to copy my National Instruments environment on another computer to avoid to install everything.

Environment includes drivers, software (Lv, CVI, TS, ...).

By example, my project uses LV 2011, NI-DAQmx 9.7.

My colleague has a computer with LV 2010, NI-DAQmx 9.5. He needs to open my project but he has not DVD.

If I only copy progam files\national instruments directory. I can not lauch LV.

Do you have any suggestion to solve my problem ?

download the installation files to the 2nd computer. Or copy the DVDs.

You need to install the IDE, just copying the files will not work!

You could also save your project for a previouse version, then he will be able to open your project in LabVIEW 2010.
