From your pictures we cannot see the configuration of that DAQ assistent, so it's up to you to debug your VI...

i can't understend what to do with error can you eloberate. with privious kind of error daq only runs with sample on demand only without error but i want to perform with various sampling

Hi hussey,

so you use a USB6008/9 device. Those devices use software-timed AOs which will only handle upto 150S/s as can be read in the spec sheet. Did you notice that?
