Hi neil408,

Can you describe the RGB sensor for me? Does it output a specific voltage per wavelength or color? If so, it would be very easy to help you. I'm very confused on what kind of hardware sensor you have. Who manufactures it? What does it output?

Hello Mr. Chad:
Thank you for your reply. The sensor is NPN cZ-K1 from Keyence corp( fiberoptic). The output circuit shows: brown 12 to 24V, Black (load) 5 to 40 VDC, blue 0 V.

This sensor detect color change ( 7 different light). My project is just to detect the change of color ( output) so I can save the output to a text file using labview. Please help Mr. Chad. May I ask what hardwares do I need? How do I connect to the DAQ. Thanks again.
