configure Generation voltage range in ni 6556 with nihsdio

hi,

I am tring to set the logic level for genartion in NI 6556's dio channels to 7 [V] for high and 0 [V] for low.

but when I try to set high level to be 7 [V] with "nihsdio configure voltage" I recived the following error:

"niHSDIO Write Named Waveform From File (HWS).vi<ERR>Driver Status:  (Hex 0xBFFA4074) The desired voltage value is not within the configured voltage range. Use the voltage range property or attribute to configure the appropriate voltage range, or adjust the desired voltage level to fit within the existing voltage range."

according to the sepcification of 6556 it is posible to program the 6556 voltage range from the defualt:  -2 V to  6V to the range of -1 V to 7V.

unfotrentley I can not find how to change the voltage range. can someone tell me how to configure the voltage levels?

Thanks Harel.

The following properties are available in the niHSDIO library:

http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/370520K-01/hsdiopropref/cnihsdio/

The following VI may also help:
