How to connect circutor usb to rs485 dasylab 11.0 ? what is the maximum number of devices on this converter?

Circutor is not a NI product. Go ask them.

This is the LabVIEW board. You should post DASYLab questions on the DASYLab board.

 

This device is simply a converter. The number of devices for RS485 on one port is defined by the RS485 standard. It looks like 32 is the maximum per port. 

 

DASYLab will communicate with the device using a driver (e.g. ADAM, DGH, NuDAM) or via the general RS232 port. 

You have not mentioned the type of device that you plan to connect.

What you are reading is generally irrelevant at this point. You've been told to post to the appropriate board but have not done that.
