I would like ot know how I can change, programatically, the propierties of a 3D surface such as maximum&minimun range, increment, etc..

All the Graph3D properties can be accessed through property nodes. However, they are ill-documented, and it is necessary to dig to reach the properties you are looking for.
I hope that in the future, NI will spend more effort to better organize the access to the various properties.
See the attached vi, which sets the Min and Max of the choosed axis. Take care, the X axis index is equal to 1. Unusually, in all the 3D properties, the first index position is not zero...
