there is no wavelength output.....I don't know where is wrong...it just doesn't work......maybe the session is not opened???? or the command format I wrote is wrong?

why those conversion dots. you are multiplying a U16 to a constant ( 100, which i guess I32 ) which is not giving you correct datatype. Try making that constant into U16.

You dont need multiple VISA write, instead you need to combine all the data which you need to write at once and write.
