yes it is hard  since time stamp feature is not available in labview 6.1

 

so is their any other way to create a calender to make it a easy task?

In versions prior to the timestamp datatype the timestamp format specifiers won't exist either.   (Sorry Gerd- I had to run off to a meeting and left you with only the bare clue)

 

By "The hard way" I truely mean you WILL need to depend on building your calander off the elements in a date-time- record cluster.  (or a completely new structure of your own devising)

In pre-timestamp versions of LabVIEW I used to use an active x calendar control.  A quick google will find you a selection.
