cDAQ channels swapped

Solved!
Go to solution

When we test the hardware from MAX, relay outputs work correctly but when we run the LabVIEW exe, relay outputs are swapped - write to relay A, relay B fires.

We are moving (from cFP) to cDAQ with LabVIEW 2010.  LabVIEW is on a desktop PC, target does not have LabVIEW installed.  Both machines running Windows 7.

Has anyone seen this before?

What do you mean by "the LabVIEW exe"?  Do you mean that you are running LabVIEW in "Development mode" and, within LabVIEW, are running some LabVIEW code?  If so, please post the code.  If not, please clarify.

In my (limited) experience, if I did it in MAX, it worked the same way in DAQmx/LabVIEW (unless I made a silly mistake).

Bob,

Thanks for taking the time to reply.  I posted the message on behalf of a colleague; it did indeed turn out to be a bug in our code.
