bug in class browser linux

So. I believe that I have encountered a labview bug. 

System: linux + labview 2013   (scientific linux 6)

Remotely over ssh with X-win32

Description of bug: 

In a vi (any vi) I click view -> class browser. 

the class browser window blinks at high frequency. 

can anybody replicate this result?
