       I am trying to do simulation on transmission of stored ecg signal

using bluetooth vis.from bluetooth enabled laptop to other bluetooth enabled laptop

if u can provide me the block diagram of the same i will be thankful to u.if any project

 on similar grounds is there pls email

Just do a Help>Find Examples and then do a search for Bluetooth.
