Seriously, though, here some tips from the LabVIEW help file.  If all else fails, you can change over to LabVIEW 64-bit, although the vast majorty of "large data" cases can be handled through careful coding.

 

The main reason it is preferable to use LV 32-bit if possible is because many tool kits are not LV 64-bit compatible.
