app Builder fails building installer with visa

I am using App Builder for building an installer for my app that requires VISA runtime. While building the installer, I get the following message that seems to be saying that I need to install VISA runtime 15:

So I downloaded and tried to install NI VISA runtime v15, but the installation failed because apparently I have a later version installed???

Also NI MAX shows that I have VISA Runtime 15.0.1 installed:

Why is App Builder giving e this message and  how do I get around this problem to build my installer?

What is missing is not NI-VISA Runtime 15.0.1 but the installer for NI-VISA Runtime 15.0.1. It is usually on your Driver disk (don't remember the exact name of the disk, maybe "Media").
