This is not an error.
It is simply a warning that Windows has a firewall (it didn't always) and that some features may have problems getting thru.
It's NOT telling you that something is wrong.
I would just proceed. If some parts fail, you will get an error then (I think example finder is one). When that happens, you have an opportunity to open a hole in the firewall.
But I would leave the firewall intact until you actually have a problem.
