Wideband Spectrum Monitoring example

Hello,

I am using the Wideband Spectrum Monitiring example (https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-21823) with a USRP2 and an RFX2400 daughterboard to do some measurments on the ISM band. I have modified it to continiously sweep the band, however I always get some peaks on the received signal even when there is no transmission.

Any suggestion would be of great help.

Thank you in advance,
Lefteris

That is very periodic at ~700 MHz. Have you looked to see if there is anything at that frequency? It could also be the result of a narrow pulse (~1.4 ns) that is getting in somewhere. Narrow pulses can ahve aspectrum similar to what you are seeing.

http://www.ni.com/white-paper/13882/en
the software is: labview 2015
the hardware is:USRP2932
-connecting the laptop to the usrp2932 and inserting the suitable parameters ,the problem is that when I make the scan there are many discontinuities along all the band ,any one can give me an answer for this problem and how I can solve this problem ,there is an screenshot for my code.
