When i am using NI Distributed System Manager, adding process and then adding opc io server

Can you confirm that the OpcEnum service is running by going to Start - Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Services?

What does your setup look like? Is the server hosted on the same machine as the process that is throwing the error?

It might be DCOM settings. This webpage gives a rundown of how to configure most of the DCOM settings that should be important.
