Where are some of the addons in LabVIEW 2014?

Hello,

I wander if anybody knows what happend to some of the LabVIEW addons in version 2014:

ARM Module (last version 2012)

C Generator Module

System Identification Toolkit

Jitter Analysis Toolkit

...

Why is installation of former addons' versions not allowed in newer verisons?

Thanks in advance,

Hi,

- ARM module support was dropped as is stated on NI website

- C Generator never was part of any DevSuite and had to be purchased seperately. It is still available at NI website…

- SystemIdent toolkit is now included in AdvancedSignalProcessing and CDS toolkit as stated on NI website

- JitterAnalysis is available on NI website

Best regards,

Gerd,

Thank you for the prompt response. The problem (with ARM Module being version 2012 as well as) with SysIdTkt, CGen, etc. is they are version 2013 and WILL NOT INSTALL in LV 2014. Why is is "forbidden" to use older addons with newer LV versions?

Thanks again,

Hi golubovski,

when you want to discuss licensing issues you might address your questions directly to your local NI sales representative.

Apart from ARM module all other seem to be available for the latest LV version. When upgrading LV you need to upgrade modules/toolkits too: that's part of your license.

Best regards,
