Web Services – Labview not sending authentication

Labview 2013 I am trying to import Web Service and am getting the following error:

Validation Failed.

Possible Reasons are:

1. The URL does not exist or the WSDL is bad
2. Authentication is not correct
3. Proxy information is not correct.

I have confirmed that I am using the correct url as when IT, turn off the authentication, everhting imports correctly.

IT, have looked into it and it looks like Labview is not sending any authentication:

Any thoughts as when the website goes live we need to turn on authentication.

does the web service reference files external to the WSDL?
