Is it possible to Assign Real world value from set variable .

 

in vision builder .

By real-world, I am assuming units like inches.  After calibrating your system (dot grid)  it should be possible to set coordinates using real-world values.  Look for set coordinate system.  I use NI Vision so don't know exact syntax for Vision Builder.
