'Scale all objects on front panel as the window resizes' has a horrible habit of not working as you expect it to and creating some really weird visual artifacts/bugs (like making parts of graphs completely and irreversibly disappear). My advice: Don't use it.
If you want panels that scale nicely for different resolutions, use panes & splitters and/or create different UI VIs for different sized monitors.
