Did you mean:

Verify Ethernet connection

I've had that experience before and usually it is caused by having the firewalls settings turned ON.  Have you tried turning the firewalls off? Also, check if you have any anti-virus on.  You may need to turn it off or add an exception to that port.

Do you have the NI Drivers installed?  You might need to re-install the drivers and Measurement and Automation.

Dear all..here we are again.The camera is connected but I still can't see any data. I attach here the diagram of the .vi, From the instructions I have to:

1)Obtain instance of the Synchronous.Otb.Camera by calling the constructor

2)Call Camera.Start()

3)ensure Camera.LastOperationErrored returns FALSE to show connection ok

I did these thing in the first case.

Then

1)Determine capture period and oversample rate

2)call Camera.CaptureImageLine passing the capture period and oversample rate in the actual parameter list

3)Ensure Camera.LastOperationErrored returns TRUE to show connection ok

4) Read Camera.ImageLine to obtain the value of each pixel.

Could you please tell me what you think?

Thanks!!!!
