I cannot find the "VISA Find Resource.vi" in the Function Paret.

Did you install VISA at all?

 

Have you tried Quickdrop?

Have you looked in the help to locate the correct functions palette (in case VISA is installed)? You know the help always tells you where to find a function…

Instrument I/O->VISA->VISA Advanced.

 

If you can't find that palette, you need to install VISA.
