I have used the VISA Driver Development Tool to create a RAW USE connection , I have now fitted the GPIB option to this instrument as the Test Environment it is destined for have no USB connections. I want to remove the USB device listing from the configuration Window in MAX 3.11
Disconnect the USB connection from the instrument into the computer and refresh the MAX display by pressing F5. The USB instrument should then disappear from the listing. To prevent the USB device appearing even when it is plugged in, you will need to delete the driver files you created with the driver development wizard.
