Can i run a LabVIEW 2016 VI on windows xp SP3 ?? if yes , how can i do that??

You need to install LV2016 on that computer to be able to run your VI. I guess LV2016 doesn't support WinXP anymore…

Or you create an executable and install it on your old WinXP pc!

Which still requires the LV RTE (runtime engine) to be installed on Windows XP.

NI never tested LV 2016 on XP. If you are lucky, the installer does not prevent installation and everything works as expected. However, if errors occur during execution, NI does not provide official support for this (as Gerd linked).

It is possible (never tried it myself) that the installer for both LV (dev env) and LV RTE do check for XP and prevent installation. You have to check it out yourself.

according to LabVIEW help the AppBuilder still allows support for WinXPsp2…
