Using spreadsheet function to convert string to 1d array

What is your actual delimiter between elements?  You have carriage return line feed set up.  Do you actually have that between your elements?  Turn on \codes display on your string.

You have \r\n on your delimiter string.  Is that constant in normal display or \codes display?

When they are all set correctly, it works just fine for me.
