Using a Trigger to change state on a Relay

Hello - I am new at LabVIEW and I am trying to use a voltage fall  to change state in a relay - Not sure how to do this and I have look around and can not find anything on how to do this. Here is the program that I am trying to fit my needs

How are you acquiring the Voltage? Are you using a DAQ card or you are trying to use the Voltage to switch the relay? Please explain your hardware setup
