Hi,

I think you encounter some error in your application. If you see the Picoammeter Current Range and Picoammeter Resistance Range, the selection is invalid (or did it designed that way? I dunno) Check all hardware connection and confugration is well connected and configured properly.

You can still do some selection because in the block diagram, it's undergo the error case/loop but nothing is executed.

Thanks for reply. Did NI has service engineer at Penang? Can they came to do some checking on the system? I'm afraid that even we upgrade the system, the software has the same problem as we facing now.

Today is a holiday in Malaysia, I'm not sure you can call them and ask 🙂

But I believe they will send Application Engineer if you ask them to, but usually they will try to solve it through call or email.
