I was using the 'Create Standard waveform' example VI of AFG3022 function generator. I was able to create a waveform but the gain of the waveform looks 5 times less on a scope. For example, if I create a 5 Vpp square wave of 150kHz through the example VI, it looks like a 1Vpp, 150kHz square wave on my scope. Why does this happen and how can I get rid of the gain?

Does the impedance setting for your scope input match the probe impedance? I've seen this when the input impedance was wrong on the scope.

You're right ... It was the impedance setting , but on the probe which was messing up my measurements!
