USRP project can't find in Labview 2014

Hi, I am using USRP 294x in Labview 2014. I need to do some FPGA program on the USRP. However the Labview project can't find USRP FPGA target. I have installed NI-RIO, USRP driver, and I can view the FPGA vi and all USRP vis. So what shall I do ?
