USB camera not recognized by MAX

Hi all,

I have a problem with a Thorlabs camera DCC1545M conected by USB. Accoding to device manager, it works properly and I am able to grab a video with the software provided by the maker (uc480 viewer). But the Measurement and Automation Explorer cannot find the camera so I cannot use IMAQ-dx VIs. I visited this page and tried the camera on another computer: it woked. With the same drivers, the camera is listed by MAX with one computer but not the other. Specifications:

Doesn't work with

OS: Windows vista pro SP2 64-bit

LabVIEW: 10.0.1

MAX: 5.0

IMAQ-dx: 3.7.0

Works with

OS: Windows XP Pro SP3

LabVIEW: 11.0

MAX: 5.1

IMAQ-dx: 3.8.1

Unless you're using the exact same setup they were using two years ago, it's absurd to bump this thread.  Post a new thread to ask what's wrong with YOUR situation.  That actually makes sense.
