USB DAQ device is not work correctly with USB 3.0 port

Hello,

I'm using USB 6221 DAQ (OEM) Device.
OS : Windows 7
MB: P8H67-M PRO...

This MB has USB2.0 ans USB 3.0 port both.

My labview program is measuring finite analog input and get a situation with USB 3.0 ports.
Measurements may be normal for the first time, if it's normal work at first time, the next measurement will fail.
So.....
First time         normal
Second time    fail
Third time       normal
Fourth time     fail

It looks like my program's prblem.
Like after the end of the measurement DAQ Resources not released.

Until I used the USB2.0 ,my program can function properly, then I switch to USB3.0 port again , it encounters such a fail situation.

So..The USB DAQ device can not support USB 3.0 port...???
What should I do to prevent this situation? I cant guarantee other user will connect usb2.0 port when using USB DAQ device .

Regards,

Alex.
