It is totally irrelevant whether the drivers are installed or not. It only matters if you actually open the VIs and USE them. The drivers just don't pop up all on their own.

 

Help>Find Examples>Hardware Input and Output>Instrument Drivers>LabVIEW Plug and Play.

and what exactly do you expect me to do with the LabView Plug and Play - I am sorry - I am a beginner.

Open and run the examples - just like any of the other example VIs that come with LabVIEW. For information on what drivers are and how to use them, see here.
