Transparent button disappears on the color tools

Solved!
Go to solution

I want to make some part of my program transparent.

But when selecting bruch color on the color tools, I found that there weren't 'T' to be selected in the upper right corner.

It should looks like the picture in step3 from the website:

http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/EBB6F7DA5812615E86256F1D0069DAF7

but it shows 'X' in my LV. (as shown in the attachment)

How can I activate it?

Transparent is not allowed for some things (e.g. the VI background (FP and BD), diagram structures, etc.).

What are you trying to color transparent?

Also if you have a colorbox control, you can allow or disallow (=default) the transparent color.
