Transmitting using USRP

Hello, 

I'm trying to transmit a single sine wave using the USRP. Does the USRP automatically shift the sine wave of my chosen frequency to the carrier frequency or do I need to do that? 
I have one more question, what is the default gain of the transmitted signal?

Hi  ajas91,

You don’t need to manually shift the sine wave frequency but you need to program correctly using the LabVIEW USRP functions. Please see the two examples below to understand how to use the USRP functions in LabVEIW:
