Timestamp of USB-8473 does not match Windows Clock

I am conducting a power supply test where the supply voltage varies with time.  The sensor I am working with has to function normally above 9V and power down below 9V.  I am using a Agilent data logger to record the supply voltage that is synced to MS Windows clock time.  I am using a USB-8473 to communicate with a sensor via CAN bus.  It appears that the USB-8473 timestamps are approximately 42 seconds ahead of MS Windows clock time.  So when I run my test the data is not synced together and is not showing the proper response.

I would rather not manipulate the data so the timestamps align but to fix the root cause.  Does anyone know how the USB-8473 is getting it's time and how can I set the timestamp in the USB-8473 to match MS Windows clock time?

You'll be better served with Hardware Synchronization through the RTSI bus
