TURBO BOOST FPGA COMPILE SPEEDS - please support this idea

Since Turbo Boost is a feature that Intel supports, I would assume that they've done extensive testing.  It might still be a good idea for NI to consult with Intel about forcing compile on one specified CPU core, just to be on the safe side.

 

In addition, perhaps the compile worker needs to run on a different core each time it launches or compiles a new job.  This way, we don't always overwork the same core, if that is a long term reliability issue on the processor at all.
