Hi all,
If the text in a lisbox line exceeds listbox width, and you point it with the mouse, the entire text will popup in a yellow frame.
Is there a way to suppress this.

Hello Franzo,
As far as I know there's no way to supress this.
Is there a specific reason why you want to supress it?

Hi Thierry,
The text I placed in the listbox contains linefeeds(multiline ON, auto sizing row height OFF), for the user only the first line is relevant.
Its pretty annoying when you want to select one or more lines, because the yellow frame hides the others.
I just thought that I missed some property.
So now I am considering a multicolumn listbox putting the first line in the first and the rest in the second column, and showing only the first.
Regards
Frans

Hello Frans,
If it's configured like that, then it can indeed be annorying.
Just out of curiosity:
What is the functionality/goal of the listbox in this application?
Maybe there are other thing I can point you towards (depending on the application).
