Subpanel application deployed to a TPC2230 - resolution problem

What would cause a main VI (1024x768) with a subpanel (1024x768) to load about 200 pixels away from the top of my TPC2230 (15") screen? The resolution setting of the TPC2230 is set on the specified LCD dimensions in the data sheet, at 1024x768. No matter how much I modify the Minimum Panel Size dimensions in Window Size under VI Properties (main VI), nothing seems to correct it. Neither the Maintain Proportions... or Scale Objects... are checked in the Window Size settings. What's worse: during an episode of despair, I set WES7 on the TPC2230 to flip the landscape, then reverted it, and suddenly the VI then took up all of the screen. Closed it out, started it back up, and we're back to being problematic.

Something fairly obvious to check - is your VI origin at the top-left of your window?
