Sub-vi showing up at the same time than the caller

Hi all,

I have written a vi file which calls a sub-vi. For some reasons (it has never happened to me before), when I open the main program (caller), the sub-vi opens up as well. That really becomes a problem when I use the exe version of the main VI because then I have 2 windows showing up on the screen instead of one.

I feel like the solution is pretty simple like checking or unchecking a box. However, after half a day of researches I give up and ask for you help guys. The main VI file (main menu) along with the sub-vi are attached.

Yes, there's a checkbox. Under VI Properties, Window Appearance, click Customize and uncheck "Show front panel when loaded."
