Property node's property, selected in this example, is not in the list of available properties... How did you access it?

One of these turned on access to it:

 

Main Menu -> Tools -> Options -> VI Server -> VI Scripting:
 Check both boxes

 

LabVIEW.ini:
 SuperPrivateScriptingFeatureVisible=True
 SuperSecretPrivateSpecialStuff=True
 SuperPrivateSpecialStuff=TRUE
