Hi am having PPG signal ,
I want to compute accurate R value from the signal ,I had implement several algorithms listed below
1.filtered raw data using low pass filter of 4hz cutoff and 2 nd order.
2.detected all the valley points and computing slope from those points to get baseline oscillation
3.average of those baseline will give my overall constant dc value
4.and then from peak i can be able to detect my AC value
5.and R value can be calculated using the formula
But here my question is I want to compute most accurate R value instant of averaging and mean taking methods ,please guide me to develop anyother new algorithm that will be efficients used in this case.
I had attached all the data file and vis i had used to do the above mention algorithms.
