Where can i get/buy the Software for the USB-1533 Oscilloscope?

There is no 1533 from NI. Do you really mean 5133? That uses NI-Scope.

With NI-Scope installed the device should show up in MAX, Measurement and Automation Explorer.  Under Devices and Interfaces the device should be listed, and a test panel can be opened to perform basic scope functionality.

You can also write your own application that uses the scope using drivers that get installed with NI-Scope.  If you have LabVIEW installed first then examples will show up in the Help >> Example Finder in LabVIEW that shows some examples on writing code to interface with a scope.
