Set Width and Height... glitch

I never use them but out of curiosity I tried the different functions in the Resize Object Toolbar menu.

If you don't select anything, all gracefully ignore your command, except for "Set Width and Height..."

This one nastily fires a pop-up window and on top of it a dialog window:

Not strictly speaking a bug but certainly a ghost of the past...

Tested in LabVIEW 2013 SP1

Yes, 2014 does it too, except it doesn't leave the dialog open -- which is likely why the popup is there in the first place.
