Serial Communication Problem

You haven't shown any screenshots that show you sending a termination character after sending the $.

All you are sending is the dollar sign.  You haven't sent either a carriage return, or line feed, or carriage return and linefeed which is what happens when you hit enter in hyperterminal

Sorry actually i forget to share the block diagram. In block diagram i have concatenated the the line feed and end of line string constant.

Thanks to all..

The problem resolved.. I have tried to send one by one character using visa instead of the full string.. now its working fine.. In normal RS232 terminal its accepting full string but in USB virtual COM port it is accepting one by one character only, it may be Driver side disability.
