Hi Sasi,

I created small VI, try it.
My solution have two problems:
1. Frst moses click must be top-left point and seconf must be bottom-right potin of subPicture.
2. After first click you do not see redraw rectangle of scratch.

Have a nice day.

P.S.: My VI is in LabVIEW 7.0

Which LV version are you using ? Do you have the IMAQ vision package ?

There is a shipping example (in LV 7), named "Pen Attributes and Sub setting.vi" (in Examples>Pictures>Pictctl.llb), that explains how to draw and extract a ROI from a larger picture.
