So I've noticed that the send time that is attached to an email is always wrong whenever I email from my cRIO 9030. I don't know how to correct this. The timestamp that I setup through MAX is set to USA Eastern Time and doesn't match the sent timestamp on the email. I don't see a way to modify this function either.
So to add perspective I'll give you an example.
When I power on the cRIO it automatically sends an email saying it started at the time in question. In this case it was 10:40:10 AM EST. This was received by me at 10:43 AM according to my email box. The Sent time however, says the email was sent at 5:41 AM.
I feel like the SMTP function is calling from the default Timezone and ignoring the change I made in Max. Does anyone know of any known issues with this problem.
Thanks!

Here is the main meat of the email send VI. I can only send it as an image at the moment.
