I'm guessing that going to the RPi forums would get you further on part I.  After you figure that out, you can come here for LabVIEW advice... or you could pay someone to develop your code for you...

Sir , I just want the ADC interface with RPI using Labview. The ADC interfce uses I2c communication.

Thanks

Are you talking about using the LINX toolkit to write LabVIEW code directly for the Raspberry Pi?

I was able to communicate with an ADC chip via I2C on the Raspberry Pi - I wrote about it here: https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-47565
